We are delighted to announce that we will be reissuing The Redneck Manifesto’s amazing double album, “36 Strings” & “Cut Your Heart off from your Head” and Re-Releasing BATS debut album, “Red in Tooth & Claw”. Both releases have slightly updated packaging and will be available in all good record stores from 3rd September 2010.

We are very excited about the TRM re-release which now means we can also exclusively make these awesome records finally available digitally through bandcamp (Choose how much you wish to pay for Digital Download – Minimum €3) .

We have decided to re-release BATS – “Red in Tooth & Claw” to achieve the nationwide distribution and coverage we could not achieve when the album was first released and also to coincide with this awesome video for “Star Wormwood”

Our end of Year X-Mas Bash is coming around quick and we have quite a treat of a night lined up for you. A full seven band lineup with late night DJ’s to bring us to 3am. It is a tuesday night so I’d recommend taking wednesday off work

On the night we will have:

• Free exclusive Richter sampler CD to the first 50 that pre-order tickets.
• 50 pints of Beamish for first paying 50 through the door after 8pm  (either pre-paid or paying on the door)
• Free release from our back catalogue for first 200 people through the door
• Seven Live Bands
• Late night DJ’s

We have our fourth Richter Singles Club coming up this friday with an exclusive CD featuring rare and previously un-released tracks from all the bands playing on the night. First Band will start at 9.30PM sharp and you will be unable to get the release after 11PM.  More info on the singles club page.

On the first of september I realise how busy August really was in the Richter world. We had Continuous Battle of Order & Marvins Revolt finish recording their new albums, Not Squares were rocking it up in Leeds & Reading (http://lnk.ms/0GxKX), Adebisi were hand picked to support Faith no More in the Olympia, we had the Vinny Club & Herv release their split 7″ at the second richter singles club and FINALLY we had the eagerly awaited BATS launch (now available for purchase here)

Taken from their eagerly awaited debut album, Red in Tooth & Claw this is a a sampler of the new material. The digital single is called “Credulous! Credulous!”.

The album was produced by Kurt Ballou (Converge, Genghis Tron) and will be available at our launch night on the 29th August in Andrews Lane Theatre. Support on the night comes from Adebisi Shank and Jogging.
